Water Park City

Water Park City is a condo project in Toronto near Fort York and the Canadian National Exhibition, on the site of the former Molson brewery. It stands at 38 floors, 409 units and 114 metres. One of the biggest attractions of Water Park City is its incredible location. At your front door is the Bathurst/Fleet TTC streetcar, which intersects with streetcars headed for the Yonge/University/Bloor subway line. Within easy walking distance of Water Park City are such cultural icons as the Air Canada Centre, Skydome, Roy Thompson Hall, The Princess of Wales Theatre and Hummingbird Centre for the Performing Arts.

A two tower glass encased complex with 35 and 45 stories respectively. The intricate glass design portrays the artistry of the island of Murano. Barbara Astman, an internationally renowned artist, was commissioned to create the artwork which will be embedded within the podium curtainwall.
